🔴BREAKING NEWS

St George Dragons District Rugby League update on community sport…

The NSWRL would like to advise most Major and Community Competitions across the Greater Sydney Region (Sydney, Central Coast, Wollongong, Blue Mountains and Shellharbour areas) will be suspended for another week in line with the latest NSW Public Health Order to deal with the public health risk from the COVID-19 outbreak.

💥PLEASE NOTE:
All suspended Junior Rugby League competitions across the Greater Sydney Region including St George Dragons District Rugby League are scheduled to resume when restrictions are lifted..

Giving teams the opportunity to train before returning to play, but that will be subject to the NSW Public Health Order which applies at the time.

The NSWRL has taken decisions around Community Football to cancel them for another week in line with the latest advice from the NSW State Government and back the state to get on top of the COVID-19 outbreak.

It is important for all our participants, officials and spectators to continue to observe the guidelines that have been put in place to remain safe and help get Rugby League back on the field as soon as possible.

The changes made to Community Football include no games or training for clubs in the St George Dragons District Rugby League

ABOUT CLUB

Kogarah Cougars JRLFC is a family club fielding teams from 4yrs to A-Grade which compete in the St George Junior Rugby League & Sydney Combined Competitions.

The Club provides children with the opportunity to learn and develop their Rugby League skills and grow to be excellent sportsmen in the future.

It is important for children to participate in sports to become not just a sportsman but also a confident and healthy individual. We encourage the involvement of parents in the training and tournaments to build a bond within families and across the community.
